Job Description

The Role

This position will be part of the Compensation and Benefits team where you will support the Group, Country and REITs rewards programs in administering, evaluating and enhancing compensation programs in accordance with Company philosophy, statutory requirements and regulations, and to ensure competitiveness.

Job Responsibilities

  • Drive the performance management process, annual increment and variable bonus exercise, promotions, and its related communications.
  • Manage and administer the short-term and long-term incentive schemes for employees and senior management.
  • Support the salary, bonus and share plans review and recalibration cycles.
  • Participate in salary and benefits benchmarking surveys; analyze survey results and recommend relevant salary structure and benefits changes to maintain market competitiveness and internal equity.
  • Review end-to-end benefits processes to enhance operational efficiency and compliance to local regulations.
  • Manage renewal of employee benefit insurances and administration of medical benefits with broker and third party providers.
  • Develop budget assumptions from analysis of complex data; consolidate and work closely with finance to review the manpower budget.
  • Advise and support HR Business Partners and employees on compensation and benefits related matters.
  • Active involvement in system design, testing and implementation of compensation and benefits modules.
  • Handle ad hoc projects assigned from time to time, including but not limited to statutory and other industry surveys.

Job Requirements

  • Degree in Human Resource, Business Administration or its equivalent.
  • At least 5 to 7 years of relevant experience in a multi-national company.
  • Meticulous, numerically inclined with a keen analytical ability and excellent Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Good communication & written skills and strong project coordination skills.
  • Able to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
  • A team player that takes initiative, highly organized, resourceful and independent
  • Candidates with SuccessFactors experience and/or basic understanding of financials will have added advantage.
