Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Provide day-today overall HR services and also in related to data support, payroll, compensation and benefits administration, and employee relations etc. for Asia Market
  • Undertake benefits administration and HRIS maintenance for responsible countries
  • Ensure compliance to local regulatory requirements and mitigate any operational risk
  • Manage and maintain optimal HR systems, HR Data and HR services, which may include new system implementations, enhancements, and introducing new modules
  • Ensure alignment of HR services documents and procedures across the market
  • Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and guidance to system users
  • Collaborate and propose system improvements, enhancements; recommend and implement solutions.
  • Develop data analytics and complex data reporting, summaries for business leaders and HR team.
  • Ensure system compliance with data security and privacy requirements.
  • Prepare HR reports and handle ad hoc projects as assigned by the manager.
  • Oversee and manage admin team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or any other related field
  • At least 5 years of experience in supporting, launching and managing HR systems, data reporting and analytics and process improvement projects
  • Excellent verbal and written English communications skills
  • Good interpersonal and technical support skills while working well with others
  • Outstanding management and organizational skills with high attention to detail. Ability to work independently, Multi-tasked, service-minded and able to work well under pressure to manage priorities to meet deadlines and flexible in adapting to changing requirements ability to lead or influence teams without authority
  • Thorough understanding of all areas of information systems, Tech savvy and familiar with virtual technology tools and systems enhancing the way we work with a highly technical understanding of at least one commercial HRIS product. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and related software. Especially in excel or power BI
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and maturity when managing / liaising related issues. Strong project and stakeholder management capabilities; culturally sensitive and aware of nuances across the market
  • Good working knowledge of HR disciplines, HR policies, proceduresand Labor Law (i.e. staffing, employee relation, employment law, and compensation & benefits management) with ability to keep information confidential. Plus business and organizational awareness to ensure the HR services meets organizational needs and goals.
