Roles & Responsibilities

We are looking for an Assistant Manager, HR People Ops who is unafraid to try new things, embrace new ideas, and welcome suggestions for how we can iterate on our processes.

What Youll Do:

  • Oversee office and HR administration matters to ensure processes are smooth, compliant and effective
  • Continuous improvements in processes and documentations
  • Be the first point of contact as the subject matter expert for all HR and Admin-related queries
  • Explore and implement opportunities for events, initiatives and programmes that are beneficial for the company
  • Contribute to overall team success
  • What You Bring:

  • Bachelors degree or higher in Business Management, Administration, Human Resource
  • At least 3-4 years' experience in a HR generalist or equivalent role
  • Detailed oriented and have the ability to multitask, good time management
  • Strong analytical, problem solving and interpersonal skill
  • Well versed in Singapore labour law and regulation, stay current on changes in laws and regulations
