Responsibilities

Primary responsible to manage training and development of the entire organization, create and execute learning strategies and programs to drive the training initiatives, evaluate individual and organizational development needs

Design and implement various learning methods companywide

Create and help talents make the most of learning opportunities to strengthen leadership pipeline with solid succession plan.

To assess and measure the effectiveness of the trainings and maintenance of talents' training records.

Requirements:

Degree in Human Resource or similar education background

Minimum 1 year experience in managing people and assisting manager in coaching new hires

At least 5 years of hands-on experience in learning and development function.
