Job Description:
  • Provide the full spectrum of HRBP services including performance management, employee engagement and the implementation of HR programmes
  • Contribute to the business strategy by partnering with the business leaders to identify, prioritize and build organizational capabilities, behaviours, structures and processes
  • Support the line managers in planning the manpower requirements that are in line with the function / business strategy
  • Partner the business leaders to provide employees with the coaching to ensure that they meet the performance requirements
  • Review and benchmark the internal and external environment to improve the HR policies and initiatives
  • Identify and drive the communication and sharing of good practices to facilitate continuous improvement
Job Requirements:
  • Degree in HR Management, Business Administration or a related discipline with 5 to 8 years of HR experience (with at least 3 years in business partnering)
  • Familiar with current and emerging HR programmes and practices
  • Strong communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Ability to multitask effectively and perform under pressure.
  • Good knowledge of HR policies and processes
  • Strong business acumen
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
