At least 8years of experience in managing HRIS on ECC or S/4 andSuccessfactors modules including Employee Central and other talent management modules (PMGM, SPCDP, LMS, RCM, ONB etc)

Hands-on design and configuration with at least 3 SF implementation cycles

Strong understanding of implementation strategy and integration approaches

Good project management and delivery skills

Good communication and stakeholder management skills

Ability to analyse and propose solutions to business requirements & issues

Drive discussions with users to align on requirements and suggest design improvements

Conduct end user training and support

Documentation and development of user guide

Prepare project plans including migration risk, milestones, quality and business sign-off details.
