Roles & Responsibilities

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Guide HR Executives & oversee HR operational matters
  • Review and implement annual HR initiatives and strategies to meet business needs
  • Developing and managing HR policies and procedures in accordance to company regulations and local regulatory requirements
  • Supports the assignments and mobility of inter companies.
  • Any other duties as may be assigned.
  • Reports to Manager, HR.
  • Talent Acquisition:

  • Work closely with hiring manager to deliver end-to-end recruitment needs from reviewing of job descriptions, job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, shortlisting, salary proposing, salary offering, new employee on-boarding and filling job vacancies in right place at right time.
  • Plan, lead, execute and manage mass recruitment events and interview process. Ensure timely offers to successful candidates and tracking status of offers made across the functions including career fairs.
  • Monitors company manpower plan achievement of relevant productivity, foreign workers quota and manpower sourcing / recruitment targets and recommend tactical solutions to achieve targets.
  • To assist company on succession planning programme.
  • Compensation & Benefits:

  • Responsible for HR related budgeting such as payroll & headcount review and planning
  • Manage employees performance management & annual salary/promotion review exercise
  • Review & design frameworks for performance management, compensation & benefits and prepares proposals for new and improved programmes
  • Review the benefits administration procedures & processes with the view to improve the efficiency & control
  • Support in payroll, employees income tax and other benefits & welfare matter
  • Learning & Development:

  • Plan, source and execute training and development programmes to meet learning needs & objectives of the company and individuals
  • Lead the annual training needs analysis and budgeting exercise
  • REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum Diploma and at least 5 years experience in related field.
  • Independent, resourceful and dynamic. A good team player and able to work in fast pace environment.
  • Manage complex / multitasking assignments / Can-do attitude
  • Strong in problem solving, presentation, time management and interaction skills with all level of people.
  • Knowledge in HRMS is an added advantage.
  • Computer and IT literate
  • Well versed with Ministry of Manpower regulations and labour laws
