Roles & Responsibilities

Position Summary / Project Description
The Assistant Manager will be responsible for driving strategic brand awareness and recruitment branding campaigns with internal/external stakeholders and external agencies, in support the organisation's initiatives to be positioned as a HealthTech employer of choice,

He/She will be the key person in charge of end-to-end execution of the companys digital marketing campaigns, including ideation, planning, coordination, implementation and performance reporting.

He/She should also be able to create social media campaigns including identifying new trends, copywriting, visual design creation, monitoring, optimising and performance analysis.

Role and Responsibilities

  • Work with the digital team to develop and execute marketing campaigns including company branding, online/offline content and social media
  • Work with the talent acquisition team to execute recruitment branding plans
  • Work with external creative and media agencies and project manage marketing campaigns
  • Create quality content including developing copy and visuals for EDMs, brochures, newsletters, social media and websites.
  • Identifying new trends, competitive research, copywriting, visual asset creation, publishing and compiling performance statistics with contextualised insights for IHiS social media platforms
  • Daily monitoring of social media platforms to stay on top of engagement and feedback
  • Identify opportunities for collaboration with external stakeholders and agencies to produce content assets and cross-promote content to extend influence and reach
  • Coordinate with multiple parties for filming and photography
  • Support in procurement, administrative, and other tasks as assigned.
  • Requirements / Qualifications

  • A diploma or degree in a relevant discipline covering areas such as marketing communications and digital marketing.
  • At least 5 years of in-house or agency work experience in a similar capacity.
  • Experienced in digital marketing analytics and metrics to track and analyse the effectiveness of the marketing plan against the strategy and objectives to gain relevant and actionable insights.
  • Excellent proficiency in the English language, both verbal and written, with a flair for creative writing and the ability to craft impactful headlines and engaging copy.
  • Experience creating strong, engaging content for digital platforms
  • A strong communicator with the ability to network across the company with a diverse range of stakeholders and provide good service orientation.
  • Proficient in administrative tasks, organised, and meticulous
  • A positive team player with an ownership mindset.
  • Able to work independently with the ability to handle pressure under tight deadlines.
  • Knowledge of healthcare or technology industries would be advantageous.
  • hands-on experience using various digital marketing platforms.
