What you will be working on:

Campus Partnerships

  • Establish and maintain good relationships with educational institutions and student organizations.
  • Partner closely with schools and liaise with GovTechies on various collaboration programmes.
  • Internship Recruitment

  • Empowered to drive the end-to-end recruitment life cycle of interns from screening of resumes, conduct assessments to offer management.
  • Build relationships with tech divisions, and be seen as the go-to person for any internship recruitment-related advice
  • Analyse seasonal internship recruitment success and measure results.
  • Ensure good candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, which includes partnering with colleagues across public service agencies.
  • Program Manager

  • Design and host various internship programmes by collaborating with various functions across GovTech.
  • Oversee the onboarding and offboarding processes with the various teams to ensure successful orientation and integration.
  • Research of latest trends and innovations in internship programme.
  • What we are looking for:

  • Passionate aboutdeveloping young talent in tech
  • Minimum 3 years of HR experience in high volume recruitment
  • Hands-on experience with resume databases and Applicant Tracking Systems
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills
  • Strong ownership and, initiative, solution and results oriented
  • Good understanding on the Tech / ICT / Engineering industry preferred
  • Able to forge strong relationship at all levels and influencing key stakeholders
