Job Description

Role and Responsibilities:

Business Partner

  • Act as a key contact point with line departments
  • Provide HR consultancy to line managers
  • Partner with line managers in the effective implementation of Key Talent Program with customized and systematic approaches
  • Advise line managers on learning and development needs identification and analysis, curriculum design and implementation of training effectiveness measuring system in alignment with the business strategic focus and direction.
  • Support the HKE Graduate Trainee Training Program including planning, execution and evaluation of program effectiveness
  • Plan and deliver training courses where necessary
  • Develop initiatives to drive employee engagement including annual survey, review of internal communication channels and act as facilitator for committee meetings
  • Ensure full compliance of Occupational Health and Safety in workplace by organizing training workshops and maintenance of training records

Talent Acquisition

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment cycle in a timely manner, which include but not limited to:
    • Identify recruitment need, prepare job description, source talent via appropriate channels, arrange rounds of interview and offer proposal
  • Enhance the talent pool and promote the HKE brands among online and offline channels, to find the right fit for the LCC structure;
  • Keep abreast of the market information and share among the talent acquisition team;
  • Enhance the onboarding process for key talent and experienced hires;
  • Build and maintain relationship with universities and schools to build the brand among the millennials;
  • Lead and organize the campus recruitment activities, and partner with the HR counterparts to promote the Graduate Trainee at schools;
  • Source and identify the interview evaluation tools and uplift the recruitment efficiency;
  • Manage and maintain the staff record, data in an accurate and proper manner;
  • Prepare the visa application for non-local staff and ensure smooth onboarding experience;
  • Participate in the yearly promotion exercise, and work closely with Compensation and Benefit team on the salary benchmark exercise and offer proposal;
  • Manage the talent acquisition budgetary control;
  • Any other administrative tasks or ad-hoc project assigned by supervisor


  • Proven HR experience with focus in business partner and/or talent acquisition within sizeable organization, ideally in Aviation, Commercial related industry
  • Bachelor degree in HRM, Business Administration or related disciplines
  • Well verse with HK Employment Ordinance and regulations
