Our client is a leading European buying office, they are now looking for a high calibre candidate to join their Hong Kong team as an Assistant Learning & Development Manager.
Assistant Learning & Development Manager
Design and develop the learning and development curriculum which align with the company development and business goals
Manage the full spectrum of training cycle, including design, develop and deliver the training
Work closely with line managers to identify their training needs and provide adequate advice and training solutions
Evaluate a wide variety of competency-based management training programs for leadership development across the group.
Analyze post-training evaluation and carry out follow-up actions to ensure training effectiveness
Coordinate with external vendor to ensure they are competent and qualified for course delivery
A Bachelor degree holder in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
Minimum 4 years working experience in delivering management skills training in a MNC
Solid experience in delivering corporate training on softs skills is a must
Strong in stakeholder management and consultation skills
Strong in communications and interpersonal skills
Strong in PowerPoint
Excellent command of spoken and written English is a must
