Aigens is a Hong Kong-based, young and fast-growing Res Tech market leader in the SE Asia region, developing and delivering business-changing technologies to our customers in F&B and hotels sectors. Were now hiring an Assistant Human Resources Manager to support our growth and development. Our culture is vibrant and serious about growth and success. Candidates with less experience will be considered for a Senior HR Officer position.

You will

  • Manage the daily HR operations including payroll & MPF administration, C&B, annual tax return, employee and HR data maintenance, leave and attendance management, employee relation
  • Assist in developing and implementing scalable HR operations and policies to ensure efficiency of people operations in the SE Asia region; prepare HR operation manuals
  • Manage and review existing staff policies across locations and ensure the company complies with local labour regulations; update policies and staff handbook that align with companys culture and business needs
  • Provide recommendations to improve HR operations; carry out or assist in various activities in the employee life-cycle from onboarding to exiting
  • Improve HR system utilisation and maintain data integrity
  • Support ad-hoc HR projects and other people initiatives in a fast-growing organisation
You have
  • A bachelor degree in Human Resources
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in Human Resources gained in a fast-growing environment; some regional experience such as SE Asia will be highly desirable
  • Conversant in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and labour regulations in one or more locations such as Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia
  • A great sense of accountability and excellent organisation skill to work with details
  • People-oriented nature and the ability to demonstrate care and empathy
  • High proficiency in written and spoken Chinese and English to communicate with local and overseas employees and HR vendors
