Our client is a Hong Kong based University who are currently looking to hire an Assistant Human Resources Manager to join their team in Hong Kong.

Location: Kowloon Tong

Responsibilities:

  • Drive and execute a wide range of human resources policies and functions including but not limited to account servicing, staff recruitment/appointment andperformance and management.

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related disciplines.
  • At least 5years of relevant work experience in human resources or tertiary education administration with reputable companies.
  • Experience in account servicing orbusiness partnering.
  • Sound knowledge of employment-related ordinances and statutory regulations.
  • Excellent communication and presentation ability coupled with superior people orientation skills.
  • High standard of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua).
  • High level of proficiency in computing applications.
  • Strong analytical, problem solving and project management skills.
  • A good team spirit, conscientiousness and strong attention to detail.

Candidates with less experience maybe considered fora Human Resources Officer position.
