Job Description


  • Act as a business partner for daily HR management and related issues
  • Analyze and benchmark the organizational structure and job post design, to identify existing problems and make recommendations
  • Organize and coordinate information collection on organizational structure and arrange meetings with cross-functional departments, external consultants and overseas subsidiaries
  • Take initiatives to analyze problems and formulate solutions
  • Prepare presentation materials for senior management
  • Develop and implement HR policies and projects in accordance with the strategy of Bank and management requirements
  • Participate in HR ad-hoc projects


  • Degree or above in Business Administration, Human Resources or related disciplines
  • Minimum 5 years working experience in banks, financial institutions or sizeable organizations
  • Familiar with Employment Ordinance and relevant regulations in Hong Kong and Mainland China
  • A good team player with an open mindset
  • Strong initiative to meet the business needs, able to work under pressure and independently
  • Strong analytical, problem solving and writing skills
  • Good command of Chinese and English. Proficient in Putonghua will be an advantage
  • Familiar with Word, Excel, Powerpoint and related office applications
