Job Description

Po Leung Kuk is a well-established charitable organization in Hong Kong and has been
serving the local community for 143 years. The Kuk provides diversified social services
including education, welfare and recreation to the general public.
We are now inviting applications for the following position:

Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and overlooking the full C&B functions, and maintaining C&B program, this will include payroll system, insurance and medical plan management, other beneficial policy review and HRIS maintenance etc. As an Assistant HR manager, you will also be required to assist in reviewing and implementation of HR policies and procedures and work on ad hoc tasks when required.

Requirements:

  • Recognized university degree in HR Management or related discipline;
  • Minimum 7-8 years relevant experience with 3-5 years at supervisory level of sizeable organization;
  • Familiar with HRIS and NGO staff issues including understanding of government funding and relevant requirement will be an advantage;
  • Excellent communication in English and Chinese, with analytical, agile and report writing skills;
  • Proactive and passion for work with excellent interpersonal skills;
  • Able to work under pressure, mature and independent;
  • Immediate available is preferred
