We are now inviting applications for the following position:
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and administering various HR
functions, including Manpower Planning, Recruitment and Appointment, Contract & Package
Review, Training and Development, Performance Management and Staff Relations, HRIS
maintenance etc. As an Assistant HR manager, you will also be required to formulate, draft,
review, implement and constantly update HR policies and proceduresin accordance with
prevailing requirements and enhance operational efficiency & effectiveness and work on ad
hoc tasks when required.
Recognized university degree in HR Management, Business Administration or
Minimum 7-8 years relevant experience with 3-5 years at supervisory level of
Familiar with Employment Ordinance and other HR related statutory requirements in
Hong Kong; able to handle staff issue independently
Familiar with HRIS operations
Excellent communication in English and Chinese, with analytical, structured and
report writing skills;
Proactive and passion for work with excellent interpersonal skills;
Able to work under pressure, mature and independent;
Immediate available is preferred;
