About Us

The Department

The People & Organisation Development Division leads people strategies and in collaboration with its business partners, enhances a performance driven culture to achieve sustainable business growth. The Division aims to ensure a fit between employees and the overall strategic direction of the Club.

Reporting to the Senior Human Resources Manager (Compensation and Benefit), the job holder will assist to manage human resource policies and practices, particular in compensation, reward and benefits strategies and help align these with the changing business needs of the Club.

The Job
You will:

  • Supports compensation & benefits salary surveys, job matching, and related analysis to support market pricing and market benchmarking exercises. Advises HR Business Facing on the interpretation of salary survey data to design and supports a competitive compensation proposal.
  • Ensures smooth implementation of annual salaries review (HK and PRC entities). Supports and executes the annual salary review processes, which includes preparing templates, analysing salary data, modelling scenarios, and guiding HR Business Facing in the review process.
  • Reviews and advises compensation package of new hires or other internal appointments to make the proposed package market competitive and aligned with internal equity.
  • Performs data analysis and modelling and management reports to facilitate management decisions.
  • Assists in the review and enhancement of benefits programs and policies such as healthcare and retirement benefits scheme to achieve more value for money benefits programs, align with market practice and meet the needs of employees and management.
  • Advises HR Share Services or Business Facing on the Clubs benefits programs such as retirement benefits, healthcare scheme, PRC tax program to meet the needs of business and employee; monitor and negotiate with service providers to ensure the service quality and the effectiveness of programs.
  • Assists in the Compensation and Benefits Projects as assigned by Executive Manager, Human Resources (Reward, Systems and Policy).

About You
You should have:

  • Bachelor degree in HR or related discipline is an advantage
  • Minimum 7 years experience in C&B field
  • Independent, Proactive & Self-motivated
  • Good interpersonal and communications skills
  • Hands-on experience in Microsoft applications such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Good team player and ability to work under pressure
  • Fluent written and spoken English and Chinese

Terms of employment
The level of appointment will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
