Job Description

Reporting to HR Manager, the incumbent will act as business partner to the designated account as well as implementing staff engagement and development initiatives.

The Job

  • Responsible for handling employee relations matters including staff disputes, work injuries, staff engagement and retention projects and activities etc
  • Manage the employees of the designated account such as on-boarding, promotion, transfer and termination
  • Calculate allowance and incentive on time for payroll
  • Provide professional advice to internal clients on proper handling of staff cases and counseling
  • Communicate company policy updates & changes to internal clients
  • Participate in ad-hoc projects as when required
  • The Person

  • University degree in HR Management, Business Administration or related discipline
  • Minimum of 6 years' HR experience from FMCG or retail industry with 2 years at supervisory level
  • In depth knowledge in HK Employment Ordinance and HR best practices
  • Strong sense of responsibility with good numerical skills and detail-minded
  • Presentable, independent with strong interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in MS office especially Excel and Powerpoint
