    Job Description:

    A prestigious international internet company is inviting a passionate and energetic HR Business Partner to join their regional HR team.
    Responsibilities:


    • Assist in formulation and execution of recruiting strategies to achieve business goals.
    • Arrange and conduct interviews for positions at all levels.
    • Handle campus recruitment and organize recruitment seminars.
    • Expatriate administration.
    • Prepare HR documentation and recruitment reports.
    • Participate in various regional ad-hoc projects.

    Requirements:

    • Degree holder in HR management or related disciplines.
    • Minimum 5 years HR experience from sizable / multinational companies.
    • Strong knowledge in sourcing of effective recruitment channels and conducting interviews with middle management level.
    • Familiar with employment related ordinances.
    • Mature, detailed-minded and proactive.
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Good command of both written and spoken English and Mandarin.
