AECOM Support/ Cross Services comprises a number of important functions which develop and implement solutions to support our businesses and to help them meet the needs of clients. Its role is to ensure that Business Lines operate effectively, in alignment with AECOMs overall corporate goals. The activities cover Finance and Accounting, Human Resources, Information Technology, Legal, Compliance, Marketing and Communications, and Administration.
Independently act as the HR Business Partner for group service departments to provide consultancy and support to leaders for various HR-related issues, including staffing, compensation and rewards, performance management, staff retention and employee relations.
Identify and implement HR solutions to support business growth
Prepare and update various regular HR related reports
Collaborate with the Centre of Excellence teams to develop and implement HR initiatives/strategic programs to meet changing business needs
Participate in ad-hoc HR projects and initiatives
Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
Minimum 8 years solid experience as HR Business Partner and well versed in HK employment related legislations
Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese with strong communications, interpersonal, organization and presentation skills to work in a multinational environment
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
Previous experience in using Workday would be an advantage
Capable to work independently to provide HR solutions to leaders and employees
Good team player, pleasant personality and possess a strong sense of responsibility
