Our client is a Luxury Retail Group in Hong Kong. In order to cope with their expansion, they are currently looking for a high caliber candidate to join their team:
- Responsible for full spectrum of HR functions
- Responsible for monthly payroll, including commission calculation, final payment and tax report
- Review and implement comprehensive compensation and benefit programs
- Perform salary benefit surveys, salary bonus review and other HR projects
- Handle ad-hoc projects if needed
- Degree in HRM or related disciplines
- 5 - 8 years experience in HR functions
- Familiar with Payroll administration is required, regional exposure is an advantage
- Familiar with Hong Kong employment ordinances
- Experienced in Fashion retail industry is a plus
- Independent, detail oriented, multi-tasking and flexible
- Good command in English and Chinese
- Candidate with less experience will be considered as Senior HR Officer
- Immediately available is preferred
