Job Summary:
Provide support to HR policy review & update, performance management and HR projects.
1. Provide support on HR policies review, update and implementation, as well as internal communication
2. Coordinate with COE and country HRs on global HR projects
3. Assist on performance management exercise and monitor the appraisal process
4. run performance report for management's review
5. Ensure all HR policies and procedures are in full compliance with the Company policies and respective jurisdiction regulations
6. Stay abreast of changes to group and relevant countries regulations that could impact HR policies, process, procedure etc.
7. Prepare & consolidate HR related reports as required Perform other ad-hoc job duties as assigned from time to time and on requests basis.
Job Specification:
1. Degree holder in HRM, Business Management, Language Studies
2. Familiar with HK Employment Ordinance and related regulations
3. Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese proficient in Chinese writing is required
4. Good communication skill
5. Willing to work overtime and under pressure
Years of relevant working experience :
At least 5 years' relevant experience gained in financial industry or from sizable platform
