Our client, a sizable garment manufacturing firm is "URGENTLY" seeeking for :


    • Provide full range services on Human Resouces including staffing, compensation and benefits, employee relations and activities, staff servicing and training
    • Liaise with department heads for understanding the dynamic needs on staff planning and control, compensation & benefits and training and provide professional suggestion to conclude different HR issues
    • Optimize HR workflows to enhance the operation efficiency, such as upgrading of the HRIS
    • Manage the performance management system to ensure performance are properly manage, review, measure and reward
    • Assist the implementation of HR policies and from time to time provide recommendtion on areas to improve in view of the changes of business situation
    • Provide HR support to PRC and Overseas HR Departments to ensure corporate policy are properly implemented according to Management Discussion
    • University graduate in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
    • Minimum 8 years of experience at a Human Resources generalist, with in-depth kn owledge in recruitment and selection, preferably gained in garment industry
    • Sound knowledge of Labour Ordinance & MPF Ordinance
    • A team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills
    • Good command of spoken & written English and Chinese
    • Strong sense of accountability with a detailed and flexible mind
    • Able to work independently and under pressure
    • Able to work with different people and flexible
    • Occassional Travel is required
