Key responsibilities:

  • To perform all round professional Human Resources services for the group's brand(s), including but not limited to recruitment and selection, compensation and benefits, HR projects and etc.
  • Assist in implementation of HR policies & practices and ensure procedures are in compliance with the HKSAR Employment Ordinance and other relevant regulations
  • Prepare regular HR reports and conduct analysis for management review.

Ideal candidates should possess:

  • Degree holder with 6+ years' of HR experience within retail / FMCG industry
  • Well versed in the Hong Kong Employment Ordinance, MPF Ordinance and other relevant regulations
  • Ability to wrong independently and strong interpersonal skills
  • Attentive to details and is systematic
  • Proficient in MS Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Chinese Word Processing and HRIS
  • Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese
