The Assistant Human Resource Manager (Deputy Head of HR / LDC Department) will partner the Department Head on achieving the departments strategic goals and operational plans. You will closely support the transformation interventions to spearhead corporate and organization developments. You will actively participate in building progressive human resource practices by adopting the industrys best practices, innovation, and technology advancements to build a best-in-class HR / LDC team. In addition, you are primarily responsible for LDC marketing to grow and develop the capabilities of caregivers and contribute to professionals development in the sector.
