ob Purpose: Execute full spectrum of HR activities and deliver Talent Management initiatives to enhance business performance. This role reports to the Human Resources Manager - Business Partner for Head Office and CoE Talent Acquisition & Management.Key Accountabilities: Manage recruitment activities ensuring a smooth and effective recruitment process Ensure all Human Resources activities such as promotions, salary adjustments, transfers, resignations and terminations are appropriately executed Support the HR Manager in developing and delivering key Talent programs for the overall development of capability across the organization. Support the HR Operations team in further developing talent processes Support the CoE Talent Acquisition & Management in maintaining key management and personal development programs Contribute to projects with other members of the HR team particularly where these impact TalentMinimum of 5 years HR experience, with expertise inTalent ManagementResults-driven, collaborative, ability to work with multiple stakeholdersStrong interpersonaland influencing skills and ability to facilitate across all levels of the businessExperience in implementing leadership capability review and development initiatives, competency frameworks, career development, talent management and succession processesStrong project management and English communication skillsWell-versed with the Employment OrdinanceStrong computer skills, particularly in Excel and Powerpoint

  • Minimum of 5 years HR experience, with expertise inTalent Management
  • Results-driven, collaborative, ability to work with multiple stakeholders
  • Strong interpersonaland influencing skills and ability to facilitate across all levels of the business
  • Experience in implementing leadership capability review and development initiatives, competency frameworks, career development, talent management and succession processes
  • Strong project management and English communication skills
  • Well-versed with the Employment Ordinance
  • Strong computer skills, particularly in Excel and Powerpoint
