Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities


1. HR policy, process and operating procedure

2. Manpower planning, recruitment, selection, performance management, retention and succession planning

3. Employee communication & engagement (grievance, dispute etc)

4. Learning & Development

5. Administration of work passes application, renewal and cancellation

6. Employees administration matters such as appointment, confirmation, performance appraisal, promotion, bonus/reward management, termination, insurance, training, claims, etc

7. Preparation of company PPE and orientation for new employee

8. Taking over company properties from resignee / terminated staff

9. Submit childcare, maternity, paternity, levy waiver, NS claims and training grant

10. Maintained and upkeep employees record and files

11. Payroll Administration

12. Staff and workers leave management

13. Employees discipline and welfare

14. General administrative duties

15. Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by management / superior


  • Diploma / Bachelor Degree in Human Resource or other discipline
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant HR experience for Snr HR Executive & 5 years of relevant HR experience for Assistant HR Manager.
  • Strong knowledge of Employment Act
  • HR experience in Construction industry is an added advantage
  • Ability to work/communicate with foreign workers
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficient in MS Excel and Work
  • Meticulous and accurate in work
  • Neat, tidy and organized at work
