Paralegal Assistant / Legal Assistant


Location : Hung Hom , Salary : 18-22K
Responsibilities:
  • Pro-read and draft legal agreements independently
  • Provide administrative supports to Administration Department
  • Handle trade mark portfolio and maintain records
  • With experiences of taking meeting minutes is preferred
  • Assist in handling other ad hoc events and projects if necessary

Requirements:
  • A Bachelors Degree or above with a minimum of 1 year relevant working experience
  • Fluent in written and spoken English and Mandarin is a must
  • Detail-minded, good working attitude, responsible, hardworking and willing to learn
  • Proficiency in using MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing
  • Immediate available is preferred

HR Manager/ Assistant HR Manager ( Good Japanese )

Location : Tsim Sha Tsui ( 5 Days ) Salary : 30-40K

Job description :

  • Oversee full spectrum of HR functions which include but not limit to recruitment, retention, employee relations, performance management, compensation & benefits and payroll execution
  • Provide professional HR support and advice in the areas of manpower planning, budgeting
  • Develop and implement HR policies and projects in accordance with business strategies and managements' requirements
  • Review and update HR and administration policies and procedures in accordance with statutory requirements and enhance operational efficiency & effectiveness
  • Handle immigration application for Japanese expatriate
  • Manage contracts and providers for services, including leasing, suppliers, cleaning, telephone etc.
  • Organize company activities, annual dinner/event
  • Participate in HR ad-hoc projects

Requirements:

  • Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or related disciplines
  • At least 6 years relevant experience, in which 1 years in management role
  • Familiar with Employment Ordinance and relevant regulations in Hong Kong
  • Good command of spoken and written Chinese, English & Japanese( N1/N2) .
  • Able to work under pressure and independently
  • Strong analytical, problem solving and communication skills
