Manage day-to-day full spectrum of professional HR & Admin operation services including recruitment, C&B, payroll and MPF administration, leave management, taxation, performance management and employee relations, report to the Head of HR.
Work with business units to assess business strategies in order to provide support accordingly.
Assist to lead HRM system enhancement
Keep abreast of local legislations update and ensure HR policies and practices are compliant to local legislations.
Support administration work and ad hoc projects to support the Companys business goals.
Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related disciplines;
5 years solid experience preferred in financial industry;
Well versed in Employment Ordinance and other relevant legislation in Hong Kong;
Good communication skills, especially with staff of different cultural background;
Independent, self-initiative, good interpersonal skill, able to work under pressure;
Proficient in MS Office and Chinese word processing
Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
