  • Manage day-to-day full spectrum of professional HR & Admin operation services including recruitment, C&B, payroll and MPF administration, leave management, taxation, performance management and employee relations, report to the Head of HR.

  • Work with business units to assess business strategies in order to provide support accordingly.

  • Assist to lead HRM system enhancement

  • Keep abreast of local legislations update and ensure HR policies and practices are compliant to local legislations.

  • Support administration work and ad hoc projects to support the Companys business goals.


  • Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related disciplines;

  • 5 years solid experience preferred in financial industry;

  • Well versed in Employment Ordinance and other relevant legislation in Hong Kong;

  • Good communication skills, especially with staff of different cultural background;

  • Independent, self-initiative, good interpersonal skill, able to work under pressure;

  • Proficient in MS Office and Chinese word processing

  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese

  • Immediately available is highly preferred
