We are now seeking for a ASSISTANT HR MANAGER/ HR MANAGER (Regional)

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Report to the Head of HR and act a as HR generalist and strategic business advisor on HR and people issues
  • Partcipate in HR due diligence prior mergers and acquisitions as well as assistance in HR integration of overseas assets
  • Participate in the implementation of organziation design, HR planning, employee development, recruitment, C&B, performance management and employee relations
  • Design, develop and deliver relevant employee learning and development programmes where appropriate.
  • Participate in ad hoc HR tasks as required

 

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Degree holder in Human Resources Management or equivalent
  • Minimum 8-10 years of relevant experience preferably in MNC or Sizable company
  • Experience with performance management, total rewards or/ and training & development preferred.
  • Good team-player with effective interpersonal skills
  • Proficient computer skills in MS Office Application and HRIS system
  • Good commend in both verbal and written English, Mandarin and Cantonese
