About the Company:

Our client is a regional leading Chemical Solution Provider with presence across Singapore, Indonesia, Malaysia, India, Philippines, Thailand, Taiwan, Vietnam and Hong Kong. They are looking for an Assistant HR Manager to lead 2 subordinates taking care APAC HR Operation covering 400 headcounts.

They have a very stable teams over APAC region. They are looking for humble, driven and willing to learn type of candidates with stable career history to join the team.

Job Description:
  • Responsible for full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, C&B, taxation, leave administration, learning &development and employee relations across the region.
  • Work as part of the team responsible to support both regional and local office staffs record with compliances towards the global regulations
  • Assist HRIS enhancement and work on new human resources initiatives in identifying and developing long-term people development strategies
  • Act as administrator for the HR system, design and formulate reports to capture and consolidate HR data for analysis and review; communicate and works effectively with the system vendor for any problem encounter
  • Assist in implementing HR projects andad-hoc assignments as required
Skills & Experiences required:
  • University degree in HR Management or related discipline
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in HR Management
  • Candidate with regional HR knowledge is an advantage
  • Proficiency in both English and Chinese
  • Strong business acumen and sense of ownership
