Job Description

  • Responsible for full spectrum of HR functions including but not limited to recruitment, performance management, compensation & benefits, training & development, employee welfare, relations & engagement
  • Work with hiring managers on the business needs and company objectives
  • Responsible for recruitment and selection of candidates
  • Handle regional manpower budgeting/forecast and recruitment process
  • Maintain and update HR record and candidate pool
  • Conduct employee orientation to foster positive attitude toward company goals
  • Ensure all HR operations adhere to legal standards across Asia

Job Requirements

  • 6+ years experience in Human Resources
  • Solid knowledge of employment ordinance
  • Speak fluent English and Cantonese
  • Strong team player, self-driven with initiatives to work independently
  • People oriented, positive mindset and able to work in a dynamic environment
