Our client is one of the largest distributors and has over 80 offices worldwide. They are looking for an Assistant HR Manager to cope with their business expansion in Hong Kong.

  • Provide support for full spectrum of human resources function including compensation and benefits ,training and development and recruitment and selection
  • Ensure all payroll transactions are processed efficiently
  • Align all employee lifecycle activities to the overall HR strategy and plan
  • Update and maintain HR database and employment records
  • Lead and manage the budgeting process, monitoring and reporting of actual performance
  • Assist in organizing staff activities
  • Understand employee issues and concerns, and proactively address issues
  • Maintain and revise the company's handbook on policies and procedures
  • Participate in ad-hoc assignments and HR projects

  • Degree holder in Human Resources Management or any other related disciplines
  • 5+ years' relevant experience
  • Familiar with Hong Kong Employment Ordinance
  • Able to work under pressure and fast-paced environment
  • Good communication skills, interpersonal skills and problem solving skills
  • Fluent English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Proficient in MS Office
