About the Company:

Our client is one of Leading B2B Call Centre Service Provider in Hong Kong.

With the rapid expansion in Hong Kong, It is a newly created headcount and they are looking for a HR professional to strategically plan and further upgrade their hiring plans in Hong Kong.

You will be reporting directly to the HRBP Leader with 4 subordinates reporting to you.

Job Description:
  • Act as HR Business Partner to provide HR Advisory Function to business leader and Operation Managers including but not limited to Recruitment, Employee Relations, Compensation & Benefit and performance appraisal
  • Develop and Utilizes different recruitment channels covering both active, passive candidates
  • Develop talent retention strategy and talent management program
  • Build an effective relationships with key stakeholders internally and externally
  • Drive annual compensation process including salary benchmarking, budgeting, incentive schemes to facilitate recruitment and retention program
  • Compile management reports and statistical analysis
  • Involve in the hiring process to select and recommend candidates to meet business hiring needs
  • Participate in ad hoc HR Project and initiatives
Skills & Experiences required:
  • University degree in HR Management or related discipline
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in HR Management within a sizeable organisation
  • Proficiency in both English and Chinese
  • Strong business acumen and sense of ownership
