Job Description

The Job:

  • Assist to manage a full spectrum of HR functions (recruitment and selection, compensation & benefits, performance management, training, employee relationship etc.)
  • Handle payroll, MPF contribution and taxation reporting
  • Over see office administrative functions including receptionist/ telephone services, office supplies and procurement, office renovation, etc.
  • Help to development and implement HR and administrative guidelines, policies and procedures
  • Any other ad- hoc assignments if required
  • Requirements:

  • University graduate in HRM or related discipline
  • minimum with 6 years relevant working experience in MNC company
  • Familiar with Employment Ordinances, MPF and related regulations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Organized, strong team player and committed to the job
  • Proficient in Cantonese, English and Mandarin
