Roles & Responsibilities
Job Description As the HR BP for leadership and corporate staff, provide entire range of HR services to facilitate employee life cycle management in a fast pace service industry. Support M&A activities for the country. Participate in compensation and benefits initiatives to ensure that compensation and benefits practices are aligned to overall strategy for attraction and retention. Partner with the business to facilitate resolutions regarding employee relations issues with escalation to the HR Director when necessary. Drive the annual performance management process. Identify, interpret and implement changes to employment related rules and regulations in line with MOM and other regulatory bodies. Ensure effective and efficient execution and delivery of HR policies and benefits, procedures and services in accordance with legal compliance and company requirements. Regularly review HR operations, identify and execute on opportunity for improvement to drive HR efficiency and productivity. Support employee engagement initiatives and employee surveys such as YVC (Your Voice Counts) and partner with the business to effectively follow through on required actions. Prepare and submit monthly management and other statutory reports Support the annual budgeting process.
Degree / Diploma in HRM / Business Admin or related studies
Min 6 years compensation and benefits and HR Business Partnering experience
Able to analyse business requirements and possess.
Posses good organization skills, meticulous, resourceful and able to multi-task
Posses excellent spoken and written communication skills
Must be able to start work within short notice or immediately
Other Information 5 days work week - 8.30am to 5.45pm 14 & 16 Jalan Mesin - Macpherson Nearest MRT ; Tai Seng (10 to 15 mins walk from the MRT) (Bus Number to reach : 8, 62, 90, 151)
