  • Drive and support the development and implementation of goals, policies, priorities and procedures relating to HR management across the whole Beverage business unit
  • Be responsible for various HR and management reports and manage the process of annual staff and headcount budget and quarterly forecasts for all the regions
  • Manage staff lifecycle activities
  • Conduct various analysis and perform budgetary control on headcount planning and staff cost
  • Quickly understand how databases, systems and processes work, always seeking to improve operational efficiencies as well as making the most of the information available
  • Prepare ad hoc HR analysis on new business initiatives Assist in the design of commission schemes and subsequent maintenance and monthly preparation and calculation of sales commissions
  • Provide support to management on talent management strategies and staff cost saving plans


  • Bachelor degree in HR Management or similar qualifications
  • Minimum 7 years HR all around experience in the HR field, with at least 3 years experience in HR management
  • Attention to details and strong analytical knowledge in order to translate large volume of HR data into meaningful solutions, understanding of how to navigate and maximise the use of HR system is crucial
  • Hands on experience on CB and familiar with the HR regulations
  • Strong operational capabilities across the Microsoft office suite and HRIS system are a must
  • Excellent leadership and strong technical capabilities to match your commercial mindset
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
  • Good time management skills and able to work under pressure
  • Occasional business travel may be required as job duties demand
