Our client is a start-up company with well-planned expansion in coming years. To cope with the expansion, they are looking for a high calibre to join them

We are now seeking for an ASSISTANT HR MANAGER


  • Responsible for the full spectrum of HR functions
  • Plan and lead recruitment programs in order to identify the right talents in the market
  • Incorporate company mission statements and corporate culture into different staff relations and employee engagement programs
  • Monitor subordinates and ensure timeliness and accuracy of daily HR operations
  • Review and develop HR policy and procedures to cope with the business growth
  • Liaise with senior managements and stakeholders on HR strategic planning


  • Degree holder in Human Resources Management or equivalent
  • Minimum of 8 years solid HR experience gained from fast-paced sectors
  • Experience in HR framework setup / revamp a definite advantage
  • Familiar with Hong Kong Labour Ordinance
  • Well-organized and attention to detail
  • Proficient PC skills in MS Office Applications
  • Good command in both verbal and written English and Chinese
