Job Description

Fast-growing FMCG company looking for an Assistant HR Manager to be part of the Regional team supporting 13 countries, you will be an individual contributor supporting both regional and local country operations. You will cover Annual regional projects, Business-specific project management, and Targeted HR operations work.

Key responsibilities:

  • Annual Program Roll Out
  • Lead annual program rollout for the region, based on pre-determined timelines, ensuring accuracy
  • and timely follow-through with local country HR teams
  • Design and implement regional interventions across multiple countries
  • Business Specific HR Project Management
  • Evaluate and recommend enhancement opportunities in HR processes in consultation with HR Managers and businesses
  • Develop a business case to commercialize enhancement opportunities
  • Play the lead role in ensuring that the ad-hoc business projects are well executed across the region HR Operations
  • Provide HR support to businesses in the Middle East
  • Provide HR operational support to business in Singapore as required Other HR duties arising across the spectrum of talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations, employee engagement, HR analytics & reporting, and project management.
  • Requirements

  • Possess at least Bachelor's Degree in a related discipline
  • Minimum 5 years of experience, with at least 3 solid years in HR
  • Able to multi-task and handle roles & responsibilities independently
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills and a good team player
  • Have a sense of business acumen
  • Good in numbers and analytics
