Job Description

  • Develop, review and implement HR strategies and policies in alignment with business goals.
  • Responsible for end-to-end employee cycle which includes all activities for recruitment, onboarding, training, performance & compensation management, grievance management and offboarding.
  • Process monthly payroll, tax clearance and CPF contributions.
  • Provide HR business partnering to the business by working closely with department managers in matters relating to HR and admin.
  • Responsible for execution and management of annual performance appraisal exercise and preparation for yearly salary review, promotion and variable bonus for reporting.
  • Manage and oversee office administration functions, including procurement of office supplies and equipment, management of contracts, lease or tenancy agreements, organization and office space management, administration of employees insurance, liaison with vendors and contractors.
  • Requirements:

  • Degree or Diploma in Human Resource Management or equivalent
  • Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in HR and Administration, with 2 years in managerial position
  • Well versed with Singapore's Employment Act, labour laws and statutory rules and regulations
  • Good knowledge in payroll
  • Able to multi-task and work independently in a dynamic environment
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Creative Thinker who is proactive, resourceful, collaborative and is driven to deliver
  • Able to start work immediately or within short notice is preferred
