Assistant HR Manager

Reporting to:

Chief Operating Officer

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage all aspects of Human resource function - recruitment, payroll, performance management, employee relations, policy development and planning etc
  • Develop and implement recruitment marketing including employer branding strategies to attract quality talents
  • Leverage multiple recruiting sources and programs to identify and engage candidates, including online job boards, social media platforms and online user groups
  • Manage employee lifecycle end to end from onboarding to off boarding
  • Develop and implement compensation and staff benefit policies to stay competitive in labour marketplace as well as ensure full compliance with statutory requirements
  • Process payroll timely and in an accurate manner including statutory submissions such as CPF and taxes
  • Develop and maintain strong relations with subsidiaries/departments to understand their people requirements and provide necessary support
  • Pro-actively work towards fostering and reinforcing a positive work environment & culture
  • Identify opportunities for productivity improvement through structural improvements, business process streamlining, training programs and performance management
  • Develop and implement workplace health and safety guideline and ensure compliance
  • Documentation and reporting duties
  • Job Requirement:

  • Degree preferably in HR Management or related studies
  • Excellent communication skills
  • 4 to 6 years of relevant experience in human resources function, preferably in F&B industry
  • Knowledgeable in Singapore labor laws and employment act and other regulatory requirements
  • Adaptable in fast-paced working environment
  • Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
