Roles & Responsibilities

My Client is an established subcontractor company. Company headcount : 120 employees including workers.

The Assistant HR Manager will have the responsibility of overseeing and monitoring of the HR department to ensure smooth running of day-to-day functions within the department.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Verification of monthly main and off-cycle payroll processing
  • Overseeing of manpower planning, staff transfers and to assess staffing needs of various departments
  • To provide organisation-facilitation in employee relations such as providing advice and assistance to employees in HR related matters, employee counselling and grievances handling
  • To ensure compliance of all HR policies and procedures within the statutory requirements and to provide advice to HODs to ensure conformity
  • To conduct exit interviews with resignees and analyse resignation trends to develop staff retention strategies
  • To oversee and support in any HR Audits
  • Assist the development and implementation of strategic HR projects, initiatives and policy advisories
  • Able to multi-task, time-sensitive, attention to details, good communication skills
  • Requirements:

  • Degree/ Dip in Human Resources Management/Human Capital/Business Management
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Human Resources Management
  • Well versed with all legislations and practices governing labour/ employee relations
  • Working Hours:

    Monday to Friday Office Hour

    Sat Alternate Half day
