Key HR Operational Scopes:
Lead and manage the shared services team which comprise of the following functions: Recruit & Talent Ops, Learning & Event Ops, HR BP Ops, General Admin & Benefits and Payroll Ops.
Support and play advisory function to team for daily operational challenges
Bridging team and stakeholders by addressing queries, demands and other issues.
Engage in resource management and planning to deliver task and request within stipulated deadlines
Monitor pending task and ensure delivery is within set KPIs and SLAs
Handle yearly HR exercises such as leave administration, insurance renewals, ITQ submissions, Corporate Passes and keep a good tracking on annual calendar of required activities
Follow up and gain consensus from stakeholders for cases with exceptional handling
Analyse issues raised due to Workday and provide solutions to team and stakeholders
Raise Incident Reports and Service Requests and follow up closely the issues
Highlight need for change request for system with the aim to improve Workday performance for the organization.
Administer approvals for contracts, compensation changes, letter of offers in the system on daily basis
Key project lead on system upgrades and change process, including data cleanse exercise, providing feedbacks and involvement in UAT.
KPI and Process improvement:
Advise and respond to end users on organizational policy and procedures
Develop new SOPs due to new workflow and request
Seek out process improvements and ensure SOP are up to date
Work with stakeholders to provide operational workflow/requirements for new system launches or system changes
At least a degree holder, preferably with a Business degree
5 years experience in client management and Human Resource Management
Knowledge of SAP, Workday and other HR systems will be an added advantage
Independent, fast learner and a team player
At least 5 years of supervisory experience leading large teams and complex workflows
Excellent written and spoken communication
Preferable to have experience in Shared Services
