Responsible for the full recruitment cycle from preboarding to offboarding.
Work closely with the hiring manager to ensure the right resources are in place.
Administer relevant documents pertaining to employees employment, resignation, termination, correspondence etc.
Handle work pass application, renewal, cancellation processes (WPOL & EPOL)
Handle payroll calculation and CPF submission.
Handle IR8A / IR21 / Maternity Leave / Child Care / NS Claim submission.
Maintain and update employees files and particulars in the system.
In-charge of the application and submission of government grant issue such as hiring grant, training grant, business grant etc.
In charge of stationery and office needs purchase.
Provide secretarial and administrative support to the Management.
Diploma / Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
Well versed with Employment Act
Able to multi-task and work in fast-paced environment
Good interpersonal & communication skills
