Due to organisational growth and further expansion, a role has been created for an Assistant HR Manager. Your new role This role reports into the GM who's based in Hong Kong, leading 2 subordinates including HR operations and Training & Development. You will be responsible for all-rounded HR functions including recruitment, C&B administration, payroll as well as staff engagement, specially close communication with retail front line staff including training and development. You will also be in charge of annual evaluation process and career development of the employees. What you'll need to succeed To be qualified for this position, you must possess: Degree Holder in any discipline 5-6 years of relevant experience in HR functions including 1-2 years in managerial level Strong organisation skills, independent, professional. Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.
