Job Description

The Role:

  • Lead team members' life cycle and people routines acting as a single point of contact for internal clients
  • Assist in coaching leaders/managers on developing their teams, building capability and identifying talents
  • Provide advice and counsel to managers and team members regarding HR practices, policies, disciplinary and labour law
  • Assist with recruitment activities for urgent strategic projects
  • Build rapport with other HR members to ensure teamwork and synergy of resources (Learning & Development and C&B teams)
  • Assist in completing monthly & quarterly reporting for various HR & business stakeholders
  • Participate & contribute to packagereview and benefits administration including budget exercises
  • Contribute in special projects and initiatives

The Person:

  • Bachelor degree in Human Resources or in any related discipline
  • Min. 4 years of experience in Human Resources with proven ability to work across a matrix organization and business partnering
  • HR generalist knowledge plus employee relations skills and knowledge
  • Customer focused, execute with excellence & detail-minded
  • Ability to build solid working relationships with peers and business
  • Strong in planning & organizing skills
  • Good computer skills including English & Chinese Word Processing, Excel, Powerpoint
  • Less experience will be considered as Senior Officer
