Job Description

Our client is a reputed company with fast expansion plan. To cope with their growth, they are now looking for a high calibre to join their HR team

 

We are now seeking for an ASSISTANT HR MANAGER

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Responsible for the full spectrum of HR tasks not limited to recruitment & selection, compensation & benefits and employee relations
  • Ensure data accuracy of different C&B administration including payroll calculations, MPF record, benefits administration and review, etc.
  • Review existing staff benefit scheme and conduct benchmark with the markets to ensure the brand competitiveness in the talent market
  • Manage recruitment & selection process and participate in different recruitment programs such as recruitment day and job fair
  • Review and develop the HR policy and procedure to cope with the business growth
  • Participate in HR-related projects such as HRIS implementation

 

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Degree holder in Human Resources Management or equivalent
  • 6-10 years of relevant experience with at least 2 years at supervisory level
  • Experience in handling HR matters for a mix of staff populations - e.g. office / front line, full-time, part-time, freelancers, etc
  • Well-knowledgeable in Hong Kong Labour Ordinance
  • Well-organized, independent and able to handle multi-tasks
  • Good command in both verbal and written English and Chinese
