Responsibilities: Develop and implement company strategy, budget plan, determine the company's business policy and business form Assist to handle the company's operation and management, provide suggestions or options for Director to make decisions. Drafting of companys work plan and responsible for the overall work of the company under the guidance of Director Responsible for all regulatory compliance matters locally and globally, including addressing inherent risk regulatory requirements, driving process improvement on the compliance program Play as a Business partner to provide strategic inputs and advice, business development tasks Provide full secretarial support to Director (including travel arrangement, managing daily calendar & schedules, appointment scheduling and drafting of correspondences, taking meeting minutes Requirements: Experience in financial / trading industry will be an advantage Knowledge & experience in global tax matters Knowledge & experience in Law and Finance would be advantageous Strong in Business development and good in making business decisions Excellent communications skill Additional Information Career Level - Entry Level Qualification - Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Master's Degree Years of Experience - 2 years Job Type - Full-Time Job Specializations - Admin / Human Resources, Secretarial / Executive Personal Assistant
