Reviewing monthly payroll, CPF online submission and yearly IRAS online submission.
Responsible for employment administration and reporting matters (including leave records, government claims (i.e. NS/ childcare leave claims, IR21).
Responsible for all administrative matters eg. renewing various company licences, insurance matters, dealing with authorities, ISO audits, PDPA matters, customer audits, fire and safety committee, etc.
Taking care of employee welfare including those at in-house dormitory (max 52 pax) and in-house canteen operator.
Handling employee grievances, counselling and disciplinary cases.
Negotiating with labour union on various issues.
Liaising with MOM and other government agencies.
Review and update perodically HR policies and procedures, payroll manual, organizational charts and company handbook.
Planning, organizing, and controlling the activities of HR department.
Conducting annual performance appraisals.
Organizing company functions and events.
Overseeing recruitment efforts for all the personnel, including writing and placing job ads.
On-boarding for new hires.
Recommending new policies and procedures.
Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned from time to time.
Minimum at least a Diploma in Human Resource/Management or equivalent.
Job scope : HR and General Administration (eg. licence renewals, ISO, etc, etc).
Prefer senior executive specialized in Human Resources or equivalent.
At least 3 years working experience in related scope.
Have performed before recruiting, HR and administrative functions.
Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
Strong team player with good organizational and problem-solving skills.
Pro-active and hands-on. Not calculative with job scope.
Have experience dealing and liaising with authorities eg MOM, SCDF, LTA, etc as and when necessary.Tell employers what skills you have
